RETURNS All damages/shortages must be contact within 10 days after receipt of merchandise. Items damaged due to customer abuse or neglect will not be considered for credit or replacement. Original packaging require for all returns. Shipment refused or returned is subject to 25% restocking fee plus freights. All returns require prior approval.
