Any damage to stained glass products and tiffany style ;lamps require the customer to take a digital picture of the item, the damage to the item and the box the item came in. these pictures must be forwarded to us in 5 business days of receipt for Shipper inspection. At that time WE hold the sole right to determine if the item will be refunded or a full or part replacement will take place. If no approval is given and or the item(s) is not insured the ship can and will be refused. An RA number (return authorization) must be given by us to the customer and written on the outside of the returned package.
